Τον Ιανουάριο του '24 έπαθα σαλμονέλα. Έλαβα ciproxin για θεραπεία. Εκτός από τα γνωστά συμπτώματα είχα και πήγματα αίματος από την ουρήθρα τα οποία ελαττώθηκαν αλλά παρέμεινε μια μικρή αιματουρία που δεν ήταν εμφανής στα ούρα δια γυμνού οφθαλμού, αλλά στο εσώρουχο. Έκανα ουρηθροσκόπηση και κυστεοσκόπηση όπου δεν διαπιστώθηκε κάτι. Έκανα κυτταρολογική ούρων -δεν διαπιστώθηκε κάτι. Αξονική πυελογραφία και ουροδόχου κύστης αλλά και πάλι τίποτα. Στον υπέρηχο νεφρών και κύστεως βρέθηκε μικρή νεφρολιθίαση. Ωστόσο η αιματουρία συνεχίζει να υπάρχει συνήθως μετά από συχνή ούρηση. Το τελευταίο διάστημα είχα ουρολοίμωξη με το βακτήριο proteus mirabilis, πήρα zinadol αλλά τα συμπτώματα της ουρολοίμωξης παραμένουν. Πως πρέπει να κινηθώ ως προς την αιματουρία, ως προς τα νεφρά και την ουρολοίμωξη. Ποιά ειδικότητα ιατρού μπορεί να καθοδηγήσει καλύτερα; Ευχαριστώ.
