Θα είναι πάντα ανθεκτική η ciproxin σε ecoli μετά από προηγούμενη ανθεκτικότητα;
Πήρα βάσει αντιβιογράμματος ciproxin για 15 μέρες για ecoli τα συμπτώματα όμως δεν έφυγαν εντελώς, κάνοντας νέα καλλιέργεια το αντιβιόγραμμα έδειξε ανθεκτικότητα πλέον στην ciproxin οπότε πήρα ceclor που ήταν ευαίσθητο πάντα με οδηγίες γιατρού και με το δεύτερο χάπι έφυγαν όλα. Η ερώτησή μου είναι αν μετά από καιρό ξαναπαρουσιαστεί ουρολοίμωξη από ecoli η ciproxin θα είναι πάντα ανθεκτική στο συγκεκριμένο μικρόβιο.

Δεν γίνεται να γνωρίζουμε εκ των προτέρων τις ανθεκτικότητες των μικροβίων. Η καλλιέργεια θα σας δώσει πάλι την απάντηση. Πάντως αν έχετε υποτροπιάζουσες ουρολοιμώξεις έχετε ένδειξη για χημειοπροφύλαξη.

Σε κάθε περίπτωση, κάθε φορά θα πρέπει να ελέγχεται η ουρολοίμωξη και την απόφαση για τη θεραπεία θα την λαμβάνει Ο θεράπων ουρολόγος
