Συχνουρία και πόνος μετά από επαφή στην προεμμηνόπαυση, τι να κάνω;
Καλησπέρα σας Μετά από το τέλος της περιόδου (διαταραγμένη ένα χρόνο λόγω προεμμηνόπαυσης σε ηλικία τώρα 50 ετών) ξεκίνησαν συμπτώματα συχνοουρίας. 3η-4η μέρα έπειτα από σεξουαλ. επαφή τα συμπτώματα για άλλες 3 μέρες γίναν πιο έντονα με βάρος και πόνο χαμηλά. Ελέγχω γενική ούρων? Ή και καλλιέργεια μαζί? Είναι κάποια ουρολοίμωξη από τουαλέτα κλπ? Ή σεξουαλική μόλυνση?

Είναι συχνή η κυστίτιδα μετά επαφή, όχι λόγω μόλυνσης από σεξουαλικώς μεταδιδόμενο νόσημα, αλλά λόγω της εγγύτητας των δύο συστημάτων (ουροποιητικού και γεννητικού).
