Πώς να μειώσω το e coli στον κόλπο κατά την εμμηνόπαυση;
Είμαι στην εμμηνόπαυση, παίρνω προβιοτικό, μαννόζη και δύο φορές την εβδομάδα βάζω υπόθετο με λακτοβάκιλους, παθαίνω δύο με τρεις ουρολοιμώξεις το χρόνο και οι καλλιέργειες κολπικού που κάνω παράλληλα με την καλλιέργεια ούρων δείχνουν e coli. Ο γιατρός λέει ότι από τον κόλπο πηγαίνει στο ουροποιητικό το e coli, τι μπορώ να κάνω πέρα από αυτά που κάνω για να μην έχω αύξηση του e coli στον κόλπο; Τα αποτελέσματα στην καλλιέργεια κολπικού δείχνουν φυσιολογική χλωρίδα
