Πώς να αποτρέψω ουρολοίμωξη μετά από επαφή με λύκο και εμμηνόπαυση;

Καλημέρα σας..είμαι 60 χρόνων .πάσχω από τον ερυθηματώδη λύκο και είμαι σε εμμηνόπαυση από τα 40 μου χρόνια..παθαίνω συχνά ουρολοίμωξη μετά την ερωτική επαφή με συγκεκριμένο σύντροφο..πως μπορώ να βοηθηθώ;
