Πώς να αποφύγω επαναλαμβανόμενες ουρολοιμώξεις από E. Coli και Staphylococcus;
Καλησπέρα, έχω από τον Μάιο που κάθε 20 μέρες (μετά από αντιβίωση) παθαίνω ουρολοιμώξεις. Την πρώτη φορά είχα E. Coli, πήρα Zinadol για 7 μέρες πρωί - βράδυ. Μετά περνάνε 20-25 μέρες και ξανά είχα ενόχληση, κάνω καλλιέργεια και ήμουν θετική σε staphylococcus aureus, παίρνω Augmentin για 8 μέρες πρωί βράδυ. Και τώρα πάλι πέρασαν 20-25 μέρες και κάνω καλλιέργεια και είμαι θετική σε E. Coli. Τα συμπτώματα μου είναι θολά ούρα, αίσθηση μη πληρότητας στη τουαλέτα και συχνουρία. Ο γιατρός μου μου είπε πως αν είμαι θετική σύνολο 6 φορές μέσα σε 1 χρόνο θα χρειαστεί να κάνω θεραπεία με χάπια για 6 μήνες. Είμαι 26 χρονών. Υπάρχει κάτι που θα μπορούσα να κάνω ώστε να αποφύγω αυτές τις επαναλαμβανόμενες λοιμώξεις;
