Urinary tract infection zinadol

Πώς να ανακουφίσω συμπτώματα ουρολοίμωξης και κολπικού ερεθισμού στα 60?

Καλημέρα. Είμαι γυναίκα 60 ετών, πριν πέντε μέρες πήρα μισό χάπι zinadol και κολπικό υπόθετο για συμπτώματα ουρολοίμωξης και φαγούρα, δυσφορία, ερεθισμό στο κόλπο παραμένει όμως χωρίς οσμή ή εκκρίσεις, τη νύχτα σηκώνομαι 3-5 φορές για ούρηση. Ήθελα να κάνω καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού αερόβια, αναερόβια συν ούρα, αλλά λένε ότι πρέπει να περάσουν περίπου δύο βδομάδες από λήψη αντιβίωσης για σωστή διάγνωση. Πώς μπορώ να περιμένω άλλα 10 μέρες με αυτά ενοχλητικά συμπτώματα, υπάρχει κάτι που μπορώ να κάνω μέχρι τότε?
