Ουρολοίμωξη E. coli σε βρέφος 6,5 μηνών: Δοσολογία Ceclor και ανησυχίες
Καλημέρα σας. Έχω ένα κοριτσάκι 6,5 μηνών το οποίο από 3 μηνών ταλαιπωρείται από ουρολοίμωξη e coli. Έγινε υπέρηχος, όλα φυσιολογικά. Βάσει αντιβιογράμματος και τις 3 φορές πήραμε ceclor 375. Έχω την εντύπωση ότι δεν την πιάνει... Υπάρχει τέτοια περίπτωση ενώ το αντιβιόγραμμα βγάζει πως είναι ιδανική; Επίσης, αν ήταν ανατομικό το θέμα δεν θα έπρεπε να ταλαιπωρούμαστε από τη γέννησή της; Έχουμε προγραμματίσει κι άλλες εξετάσεις απλά μέχρι τότε με έχουν "ζώσει τα φίδια". Επιπλέον, διάβασα στο ίντερνετ πως η θεραπεία της συγκεκριμένης αντιβίωσης είναι ανά 8ωρο. Εμείς την παίρναμε ανά 12ωρο. Τι ισχύει τελικά; Ποια είναι η σωστή αναλογία για 375 ceclor για 8,5 κιλά;
