Κατάκοιτος με καθετήρα και Pseudomonas aeruginosa: Θεραπεία με fosfocin;
Ο πατέρας μου ειναι κατάκοιτος με καθετήρα. Εχει αποικισμένο εδώ και δυο χρονια απο πολύμηνη παραμονή στο νοσοκομείο Pseudomonas aeruginosa που μια εμφανίζεται στην εξέταση ουρων και μια οχι. Το αντιβιόγραμμα δεν δείχνει κάποια αντιβίωση συμβατή να λάβει απο το στόμα, παρα μονο αντιβιώσεις ενδοφλέβιες που πρέπει να μπει στο νοσοκομείο. Τωρα παρατηρώ πύον στα ούρα δεν ειναι δύσοσμα, δεν κανει πυρετο και ενας ιατρος μου ειπε να παρει 1 φακελάκι fosfocin την εβδομάδα

Αφου φέρει μόνιμο καθετήρα χωρίς συμπτώματα λογικό ειναι . Δεν βλέπω το λογο για αγωγή.

Δεν είναι στις οδηγίες αυτός ο τρόπος..αλλά ο θεραπων ιατρός μπορεί να τροποποίηση θεραπείες ανάλογα με τον ασθενή
