Μπορεί το stabilanol να επηρεάσει καλλιέργεια ούρων για ουρολοίμωξη;
Καλησπέρα σας. Είμαι 53 ετών γυναίκα. Έχω μπει στην εμμηνόπαυση εδώ και 1,5 χρόνο. Δεν είχα ποτέ πρόβλημα με ουρολοιμώξεις στη ζωή μου. Τον τελευταίο χρόνο κάθε 3 με 4 μήνες με πιάνει έντονος πόνος κάτω χαμηλά και νιώθω συχνοουρία. Κάνω καλλιέργεια και τις περισσότερες φορές βγαίνει αρνητική. Την τελευταία φορά μου είχε βγει το E. coli και είχα πάρει ciprofloxacin 500 για δέκα μέρες. Τώρα πάλι νιώθω ακριβώς το ίδιο. Πήγα έκανα καλλιέργεια ούρων και βγήκε αρνητική. Πριν κάνω την εξέταση είχα πάρει stabilanol 200 γιατί νόμιζα ότι είχα μύκητες. Μπορεί να επηρέασε το αποτέλεσμα το stabilanol; Εξακολουθώ να νιώθω το ίδιο και ταυτόχρονα έχω δυσουρία. Τι να κάνω;

Γιατί 10 μέρες ciproxin για μια απλή ουρολοίμωξη, είναι λάθος η χορήγηση για πάνω απο 3 ημέρες για το συγκεκριμενο φάρμακο. Τα υπερβολικά αντιβιοτικά, όταν ΔΕΝ χρειάζονται, μόνο κακό κάνουν. Εαν οι καλλιέργειες ουρων είναι στείρες, τότε ψάξτε το με γυναικολόγο, μάλλον δεν είναι ουρολοιμωξη

Ναι μπορεί να την επηρεάσει. Καλό θα ήταν να κάνετε αποχή από κάθε φάρμακο για μία βδομάδα και μετά μία επανάληψη

Θα χρειαστεί μία σωστή διερεύνηση από ουρολόγο το πρόβλημα σας
