Καλησπέρα! Η κόρη μου 12 χρονών σε γενική ούρων βγήκε με 2 σταυρούς λεύκωμα και πυοσφαίρια 8-10. Κάναμε καλλιέργεια ούρων βγήκε στείρα. Κανένα μικρόβιο. Ποια είναι η άποψή σας?

Να κάνει συλλογή ούρων 24ώρου για λέυκωμα και αν είναι παθολογική να την δει παιδονεφρολόγος. Αν είναι πρησμένη ή έχει αυξημένη πίεση να μιλήσετε με παιδονεφρολόγο το συντομότερο

Καλημέρα σας αρχικά να κάνετε επανάληψη γενικής ούρων μακριά από κάποια λοίμωξη όχι απαραίτητα ουρολοίμωξη,δεύτερον αν συνεχίσει να κάνετε ένα υπέρηχο νεφρών και εξέταση ουρίας και κρεατινινης..Για την γενική ούρων να είναι πρωινό δείγμα μετά από ήρεμο ύπνο και να μην έχει προηγηθεί έντονη άσκηση την προηγούμενη μέρα.Ελπίζω να βοήθησα και καλή συνέχεια.Ευχαριστώ πολύ
