Συχνές ουρολοιμώξεις και πυελονεφρίτιδες από E. coli σε γυναίκα 23 ετών - Τι να κάνω;
Καλησπέρα σας! Είμαι 23 χρονων και από τα 17 μου παθαίνω ουρολοιμωξεις, με συχνότητα 3 περίπου το εξάμηνο, αλλά μπορεί κι πιο συχνά ανά περιόδους, πχ μια κάθε μήνα. Επίσης, έχω πάθει πυελονεφριτιδες, ή έχει τύχει να μην περνάει με αντιβίωση και να χρειαστεί να παίρνω κι άλλη αντιβίωση χωρίς αντιβιογραμμα. Έχω κάνει χημειοπροφυλαξη που με είχε βοηθήσει για έναν χρόνο. Μετά ξαναειχα επεισόδια ουρολοιμωξης. Έχω ξεκινήσει μια θεραπεία με εγχυσεις υαλουρονικου στην ουροδοχο κύστη. Έχω κάνει κυστεοσκοπηση, ουρομετρια, υπέρηχο νεφρών. Από τα Χριστούγεννα και μετά έχω κάθε μήνα ουρολοιμωξη αλλά κάθε φορά είναι ευαίσθητη σε αντιβιωσεις. Έχω πολύ τσούξιμο. Πάντα μου βγαίνει το e-coli. Έχω σταματήσει τις σεξουαλικες επαφές. Τι άλλο να κάνω?
