Συνεχόμενη ενόχληση μετά από ουρολοίμωξη και θεραπεία με Fluconazol και φωσφομυκίνη - Τι να κάνω;
Καλησπερα, πριν ενα μηνα κ μετα απο εμμηνο ρήση με απλο τεστ ουρων σε κλινικη μου λενε οτι εχω ουρολοιμωξη και παιρνω Fluconazol x 7 μερες. Τα συμπτώματα επιμένουν, κάνω δεύτερο τεστ κ δεν βρίσκουν κάτι. Η ενόχληση χαμηλά στην κοιλιά και μια ευαισθησία στην ουρηθρα συνεχιζονταν. Έπειτα από μια εβδομάδα επαναλαμβάνω το τεστ και δεν βρίσκουν κάτι παρ όλα αυτά μου συστήνουν 1x φωσφομυκινη των 3000mg. Ενώ νιώθω κάπως καλύτερα ακόμα έχω ελαφριά ενόχληση χαμηλά και μετά από κάθε ούρηση μια ενόχληση/ευαισθησία στην ουρηθρα. Μέχρι να μπορέσω να ταξιδέψω Ελλάδα κ να δω κάποιον ειδικό, τι μου προτείνετε? Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι ακόμα ουρολοιμωξη κ να μην ανιχνεύεται? Ευχαριστώ.
