Δεύτερη γνώμη για ουροκαθετήρα σε κλινήρη με υποτροπιάζουσες ουρολοιμώξεις;
Η μητέρα μου είναι κλινήρης και τους τελευταίους 9 μήνες παθαίνει συνέχεια ουρολοιμώξεις, με το που τελειώνει η αντιβίωση ξανά πάλι. Πήρε Furolin 3 μήνες αλλά μόλις το διέκοψε πάλι τα ίδια. Πήγα ουρολόγο και μου είπε ότι εφόσον η γυναίκα είναι κλινήρης και έχει περάσει ισχαιμικά, η κύστη μάλλον δεν αδειάζει τελείως, και γι’ αυτό οι υποτροπές, και η λύση θα είναι ο ουροκαθετήρας. Εντωμεταξύ το zinadol, δεν την θεράπευσε παρόλο που πήγαμε σύμφωνα με το αντιβιόγραμμα, και ξαναγύρισε στο ciproxin, για πέντε μέρες και μετά όταν βάλει τον καθετήρα 10 μέρες furolin μου είπε ο ουρολόγος, και μετά λέει θα το ξεχάσεις το ουροποιητικό… θέλω δεύτερη γνώμη, έχει δίκιο για τον καθετήρα; Ευχαριστώ πολύ!!!!

Θα πρέπει να κάνει υπέρηχο μετά την ούρηση για να δείτε αν αδειάζει η κύστη

Σωστή δεύτερη γνώμη θα έχετε μόνο μετά από εξέταση του ασθενούς από Ουρολογος Λύση θα μπορούσε να είναι οι διαλοιποντες καθετηριασμοί ,ή η υπερηβικη κυστεοστομια
