5ο επεισόδιο πυελονεφρίτιδας σε 1 χρόνο, πόνος στο νεφρό, ανθεκτικό e.coli?
Βοήθεια! 5ο επεισόδιο πυελονεφρίτιδας σε 1 χρόνο. Μια φορά μόνο κατάφεραν να απομονώσουν το μικρόβιο e.coli τις υπόλοιπες έλεγε επιμολυσμένο δείγμα. Μην τα πολυλογώ είμαι στην 18η μέρα αντιβίωσης 9 ciproxin & 9 ceftoral (απύρετη με αρνητική καλλιέργεια) αλλά έχω πόνο στο νεφρό, ερυθρά 20. Νιώθω ότι δεν έχω γίνει καλά αλλά οι γιατροί μ λένε ότι αφού βγαίνει αρνητική η ούρων είσαι οκ. Εγώ το νιώθω ότι δεν έχει εκριζωθεί το μικρόβιο και ότι έχει γίνει ανθεκτικό αρχικά από τον ήδη υπάρχον πόνο π δεν υποχωρεί κ ας είμαι απύρετη κ έπειτα από τα επαναλαμβανόμενα επεισόδια πυελονεφρίτιδας (αξονική, κυστεοσκόπηση καθαρές) φοβάμαι ότι θα υποτροπιάσω σύντομα και θα νοσηλευτώ ξανά με υψηλό πυρετό. Τι λύση υπάρχει?
