Χρειάζεται HPV DNA test μετά από πλήρη υστερεκτομή το 2018;
Καλησπέρα έχω κάνει πλήρη υστερεκτομή το 2018. Χρειάζεται να κάνω HPV DNA test? Πριν την αφαίρεση έδειξε HPV στο ΠΑΠ. Ευχαριστώ πολύ

Καλησπέρα σας. Αν και έχετε κάνει πλήρη υστερεκτομή, εφόσον είχε ανιχνευτεί HPV πριν την επέμβαση, καλό είναι να γίνεται περιοδικά έλεγχος με HPV DNA test ή Παπ από τον κολπικό θόλο.
Ορισμένοι τύποι HPV μπορούν να επιμείνουν και να προκαλέσουν αλλοιώσεις ακόμα και μετά την υστερεκτομή, γι’ αυτό ο έλεγχος βοηθά να είμαστε σίγουροι ότι όλα είναι καλά. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα.
