Τι σημαίνει ASCUS στο τεστ Pap και πώς σχετίζεται με τον HPV;
Γεια σας . Είχα κάνει το τεστ pap και το συμπέρασμα αυτού είναι ότι : παρουσία άτυπων πλακωδών κυττάρων μη καθοριζομένης σημασίας -ASCUS . Επισκέφτηκα τον γυναικολόγο μου και δεν μου έδωσε σαφή απάντηση αν έχω τον ιό HPV ή όχι ;;;; Και δεν ξέρω τι να κάνω . Τι μου προτείνετε;;;

Να κάνετε HPV DNA test για όλους τους τύπους. Αν βγει αρνητικο, θα επαναλάβετε το τεστ παπ σε 6 μηνες.

Καλησπέρα σας. Το ascus σημαίνει ότι βρέθηκαν κάποια άτυπα κύτταρα που δεν γνωρίζουμε που οφείλονται. Υπολογίζουμε ότι στο 40% των περιπτώσεων αυτό μπορεί να συμβαίνει από μια λοίμωξη από hpv. Άρα εγώ θα συμβούλευα να κάνετε ένα hpv dna test κ ίσως κ μια κολποσκόπηση εάν αυτό κριθεί απαραίτητο από τον γιατρό σας. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
