Στο τεστ παπ βγήκε κυτταρολογικά ευρήματα ατυπίας των πλακωδών κυττάρων, αδιευκρίνιστης σημασίας (ASCUS κατά Bethesda) και ήπια κολπίτιδα και τραχηλίτιδα έχω HPV;

Καλησπέρα σας. Το αποτέλεσμα ASCUS σημαίνει ότι βρέθηκαν κάποιες ήπιες αλλοιώσεις στα κύτταρα, χωρίς να είναι ξεκάθαρο αν οφείλονται σε HPV ή σε κάποια φλεγμονή, όπως η τραχηλίτιδα που αναφέρεται. Δεν σημαίνει απαραίτητα ότι έχετε HPV, αλλά συχνά ζητείται και HPV DNA τεστ για σιγουριά.
