Πέφτει η τοπική άμυνα του κόλπου με HPV; Αρνητικά τεστ Παπ στα 28
Γεια σας είναι αλήθεια ότι πέφτει η τοπική άμυνα του κόλπου αν κάποιος κολλήσει HPV; Τα τεστ Παπ μου βγαίνουν πάντα αρνητικά είμαι 28 Αλλά δεν έχω κάνει ποτέ HPV DNA test Σκέφτομαι μήπως έχω φτωχή χλωρίδα εξαιτίας αυτού… Και είδα λίγη διαφορά

Καλησπέρα. Ο HPV δεν "ρίχνει" ο ίδιος την άμυνα του κόλπου κ μάλλον ισχύει το αντίθετο. Όταν η άμυνα του οργανισμού ή η χλωρίδα του κόλπου είναι διαταραγμένη, τότε ο HPV έχει περισσότερες πιθανότητες να ενεργοποιηθεί ή να προκαλέσει αλλοιώσεις.
Γι' αυτό βλέπουμε συχνότερα θέματα με HPV όταν υπάρχει φτωχή κολπική χλωρίδα, έντονο στρες, κάπνισμα ή άλλοι παράγοντες που επηρεάζουν το ανοσοποιητικό. Ελπίζω να σας έλυσα την απορία.

Αντίθετα, αν η άμυνα πέσει, μπορείς να έχεις τεστ Παπ ή HPV DNA θετικά. Η φτωχή χλωρίδα είναι κάτι διαφορετικό και μπορεί να φανεί στο τεστ Παπ. Αφού βγαίνουν αρνητικά δεν είναι απαραίτητο να κάνετε HPV DNA αν και εμείς το έχουμε εφαρμόσει σαν common practice να κάνουμε πάντα co-testing στις ασθενείς μας.
