Καλησπέρα. Το τεστ Παπ (πέρα από τις τυχόν αλλοιώσεις στον τράχηλο λόγω του hpv) δείχνει γενικότερα την ύπαρξη του hpv στον οργανισμό ; Αν κάποιος έχει τον τύπο για τα κονδυλώματα θα το δείξει το τεστ Παπανικολάου;

Καλησπέρα σας. Όχι το τεστ παπ μας δείχνει μόνο εάν υπάρχουν αλλοιώσεις στα κύτταρα που είναι τυπικές από τον hpv. Για να δούμε ποια στελέχη του hpv έχουμε χρειάζεται να κάνουνε hpv dna test.

To test pap ειναι κυτταρολογικη εξεταση που κοιταζει τα δικα σας κυτταρα για πιθανη ατυπια (προκαρκινικη κατασταση). Η ανιχνευση του HPV γινεται μοριακα με το HPV DNA test, και εδω πρεπει να συνεννοηθειτε εξ αρχης με τον γιατρο σας για το ποιους τυπους θα εξετασει/ανιχνευσει
