Γιατί το τεστ HPV-DNA έδειξε στέλεχος HPV-58 ενώ το τεστ ΠΑΠ ήταν αρνητικό;
Καλησπέρα σας ,ενω το τεστ ΠΑΠ που εκανα βγήκε αρνητικό σε hpv και γενικά ήταν πεντακάθαρο το τεστ hpv -dna που εκανα προοληπτικά έδειξε στέλεχος ιού hpv -58 πώς εξηγείτε αυτό? Υπάρχει περίπτωση λάθους του εργαστηρίου?Η γιατρός ήταν πολύ καθυσυχαστική αλλά δε μου σχολίασε το γεγονός αυτό που σας εξήγησα και εγώ το είδα εντελώς τυχαία στα αποτελέσματα που μου στάλθηκαν.

Καλησπέρα σας. Προφανώς θα έπρεπε κ να γνωρίζετε για το αποτέλεσμα. Το γεγονός ότι βρέθηκε κάποιος υποτυπος hpv υποδηλώνει την παρουσία του ιού (υψηλού κινδύνου) ευτυχώς όμως για εσάς ακόμα δεν έχει προκαλέσει κάποια βλάβη στα κύτταρα του τραχήλου. Φυσικά, αυτό δε σημαίνει ότι θα προκαλέσει στο μέλλον αλλά η τακτική παρακολούθηση θεωρείτε αναγκαία για το επόμενο διάστημα. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.

Καλησπέρα. Το τεστ dna λέει ότι έχετε τον τύπο 58 του hpv. Είστε όμως τυχερή γιατί προς το παρόν και σύμφωνα με το αποτέλεσμα του τεστ παπ, δεν σας έχει κάνει αλλοιώσεις στον τραχηλο.
