Να κάνω εξετάσεις HPV για κονδυλώματα στο αιδοίο και πρωκτό;
Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι 24 ετών, καθόλου ενεργή για περίπου ένα χρόνο σεξουαλικά, και ενώ έχω τρέξει πολύ για να διαπιστώσω ότι δεν έχω κάτι, έβγαλα κονδυλώματα και στο αιδοίο και στον πρωκτό. Η γυναικολόγος μου απλά μου είπε πως έχω κονδυλώματα χωρίς καμία άλλη ενημέρωση ή οδηγία σχετικά με το τι να κάνω. Το τεστ παπ βγήκε καθαρό. Να πάω για εξετάσεις HPV; Και αν ναι, που; Να πάω κατευθείαν σε αφροσιολόγο; Θα περάσουν από μόνα τους;

Να κάνετε καυτηριασμό για να φύγουν τα κονδυλώματα που έχετε αλλιώς θα μεγαλώσουν. Εξέταση για HPV γίνεται με τον ίδιο τρόπο που γίνεται και το τεστ παπ στο γυναικολόγο.

Το ότι έχετε κονδυλώματα εξωτερικά σημαίνει ότι έχετε μολυνθεί από κάποιους τύπους του hpv. Είναι θετικό οτι το τεστ παπ βγήκε αρνητικό αλλά φυσικά κ ενα hpv dna τεστ κ μια κολποσκόπηση θα μπορούσε να μας πει εάν υπάρχει κ εσωτερικά κάποιος ή κάποιοι ιοί. Κατά τη γνώμη μου τα κονδυλώματα θα πρέπει να αφαιρεθούν, όχι γιατί κινδυνεύετε από αυτά αλλά επειδή με αυτόν τον τρόπο δίνουμε στον οργανισμό σας την δυνατότητα να αντιμετωπίσει πιο αποτελεσματικά τον ιό απλάκ μόνο μειώνονταςτην συγκέντρωση του ιοικου φορτίου. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω κ στο ελάχιστο.
