Μπορώ να κάνω το εμβόλιο HPV 16 στα 42 μετά από αρνητικό τεστ Παπ;
Καλησπέρα!!! Ειμαι 42 ετών Έκανα τεστ Παπ, είναι αρνητικό Αλλά εχω HPV το 16.Θα ήθελα να ξέρω αν μπορώ να κάνω το εμβόλιο και τι εξετάσεις πρέπει να ακολουθήσω. Ευχαριστώ!!!

Θα βοηθούσε το εμβόλιο , αρνητικό τεστ σημαίνει ότι κοιμάται όποτε χρειάζεται απλά στενή παρακολούθηση ( μια εξέταση που μπορεί να μας δείξει … το μέλλον …. Είναι RNA Aptima

Καλησπέρα σας. Το εμβόλιο φυσικά και μπορείτε να το κάνετε αλλά δεν θα σας καλύψει για τον τύπο 16. Επίσης θα πρέπει να κάνετε 3 δόσεις και να γνωρίζετε οτι δεν αποζημιώνεται από το ταμείο σας. Το γεγονός οτι το τεστ Παπ σας βγήκε αρνητικό είναι πολύ θετικό κ μόνο καθ' ύπερβολή θα μπορούσατε να κάνετε και μια κολποσκόπηση για να επιβεβαιωθεί οτι δεν έχετε κάτι που ξέφυγε από το τεστ Παπ. Εννοείται όμως οτι αυτό δεν έχει απόλυτη ένδειξη στην περίπτωση σας. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω κ στο ελάχιστο.
