Έχω hpv έκανα λέιζερ εξάχνωση και μετά από 6 μήνες έβγαλε το τεστ παπ πάλι χαμηλού βαθμού αλλοιώσεις . Στο πρώτο τεστ παπ έδειχνε χαμηλού βαθμού αλλοιώσεις και στην κολποσκοπηση έδειξε υψηλού βαθμού . Έχω τρελαθεί τι να κάνω ; Ο γιατρός μου είπε θα ξανακάνουμε κολποσκοπηση

  • Καλησπέρα σας. Οι υψηλοβαθμες αλλοιώσεις ( cin2,3) τις περισσότερες φορές χρήζουν θεραπείας με loop. Προφανώς όμως η κάθε περίπτωση εξατομικευεται ανάλογα με την ηλικία κ το ιστορικό. Λυπάμαι αλλά δεν μπορώ να γίνω πιο συγκεκριμένος χωρίς να γνωρίζω το πλήρες ιστορικό σας.
