Εάν το τεστ για HPV βγει θετικό τότε κρίνεται πάντα αναγκαία η κολποσκόπηση ή εξαρτάται από τη βαρύτητα της κατάστασης;

Καλησπέρα σας. Κάθε περίπτωση είναι ξεχωριστή και πρέπει να αντιμετωπίζεται εως τέτοια. Προφανώς εαν είχαμε μια προχωρημένη βλάβη θα έπρεπε να κάνουμε κολποσκόπηση αλλά υπάρχουν και άλλοι λόγοι που αυτό μπορεί να γίνει ακόμα και στις χαμηλόβαθμες αλλοιώσεις όπως ο υποτύπος του HPV που βρέθηκε κα πολλά. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
