Δυσκεράτωση στο τεστ Παπ: Αιτίες και πιθανότητα HPV στα 26 έτη
Καλησπέρα σας. Είμαι 26 ετών και το 2024 εμφάνισα στο τεστ Παπ υπόνοια HPV λόγω δυσκεράτωσης (κυτταρικές αλλαγές που μοιάζουν με κονδυλωματώδη αλλοίωση). Μετά από έξι μήνες επανάλαβα το τεστ Παπ που έδειξε το ίδιο ακριβώς (υπόνοια HPV λόγω δυσκεράτωσης) και έκανα κολποσκόπηση που βγήκε φυσιολογική. Μετά από λίγους μήνες έκανα πάλι τεστ Παπ και αυτή τη φορά έδειξε μόνο τραχηλίτιδα με συνοδό δυσκεράτωση. Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω η δυσκεράτωση τις περισσότερες φορές που οφείλεται; Μπορεί πράγματι να έχω τον ιό; Όλα τα προηγούμενα χρόνια τα τεστ Παπ μου έβγαιναν φυσιολογικά.

Καλησπέρα σας. Η δυσκεράτωση στο τεστ παπ έχει πολλές αιτίες. Μπορεί, όντως, να οφείλεται σε λοίμωξη από τον Hpv ή σε φλεγμονή από κάποιο άλλο μικρόβιο. Προφανώς κάποιος θα έπρεπε να έχει ολόκληρη την απάντηση του τεστ παπ αλλά να γνωρίζει και το πλήρες ιστορικό σας για να σας δώσει μια πιο σαφή απάντηση. Θα μπορούσατε κατά τη γνώμη μου να κάνετε κ έναν έλεγχο με Hpv dna test που ίσως μας δώσει κάποιες πληροφορίες παραπάνω. Ελπίζω να βρείτε χρήσιμη την απάντηση μου.
