Διόγκωση αριστερού όρχεως με μαύρες κηλίδες στο triplex, χωρίς πόνο
Έχω εμφανίσει μια διόγκωση συνολικά στον αριστερό όρχι. Είναι λίγο πιο κόκκινος από τον άλλον. Χωρίς αίσθημα πόνου. Έκανα triplex δεν βρέθηκε υδροκήλη παρά μόνο εμφανίστηκαν κάποιες μαύρες κηλίδες σε κάποια σημεία. Υποψιάζομαι ότι πρόκειται για φλεγμονή. Δεν υπάρχει κάποια ψηλαφητή μάζα για ένδειξη όγκου. Τι πιστεύετε ότι μπορεί να είναι. Το triplex δεν ξεκαθάρισε τι είναι αυτές οι μαύρες κηλίδες.
