Στον καθαρισμό συνήθως χρησιμοποιείται σπρέι ξυλοκαΐνης που είναι τοπικό και προσωρινό.Παρόλα αυτά σε βαθύτερα σημεία πιθανότατα δεν επαρκεί και απαιτείται και τοπική αναισθησία.

Οχι,καλο θα ηταν να προηγηθει καποια τοπικη αναισθησια ωστε να μπορεσει ο γιατρος να δουλεψει σε βαθος κ κατω απο τα ουλα.αν γινει υπομονετικα δεν υπαρχει λογος να φοβαστε.
