Γιατί τα αντικαταθλιπτικά στα 20 mg δεν βελτιώνουν τη διάθεση και προκαλούν απάθεια;

Καλησπέρα. Ξεκίνησα για μια εβδομάδα με τα αντικαταθλιπτικά εντάκτ των 10 και συνεχίζω 35 μέρες τώρα με δοσολογία των 20. Δεν βλέπω καμιά αλλαγή στη διάθεση, μια γενικευμένη απάθεια κ συναισθηματικό μουδιάσμα μόνο. Πολύ κούραση κ ατονία κ χαμηλή λίμπιντο. Τι προτείνετε κ αν υπάρχει παρόμοια περίπτωση ευχαριστώ.

    Σε μερίδα ανθρώπων, ιδιαίτερα με τα SSRI, μπορεί να εμφανιστεί συναισθηματικό μούδιασμα, απάθεια, κόπωση και μείωση της λίμπιντο, χωρίς να έχει προηγηθεί σαφής βελτίωση της διάθεσης.
    Συνήθως μια δόση χρειάζεται 6–8 εβδομάδες για να φανεί καθαρά αν βοηθά. Εφόσον περάσουν αυτές οι εβδομάδες και τα συμπτώματα που νιώθετε είναι τα ίδια καλό θα ήτα να τα συζητήσετε με τον ψυχίατρό σας.
    Ίσως να χρειάζεται προσαρμογή δόσης, αλλαγή φαρμάκου ή συνδυασμός με ψυχοθεραπεία.
