Πόσος χρόνος χρειάζεται για να πατήσω κανονικά μετά από κάταγμα έξω σφυρού;
Καλησπέρα έχω πάθει κάταγμα έξω σφυρου (ένα μικρό κομμάτι μου είπαν)εδώ και ένα μήνα ακριβώς είχα γύψο και εχτές μου έβγαλαν το γύψο και μου έβαλαν μπότα για δύο εβδομάδες ακόμα μου είπαν να το πατάω μόνο μπροστά σε πόσο καιρό θα το πατήσω κανονικά το πόδι; Κινούμαι με πι γιατί δεν μπορώ τις πατερίτσες.Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων

Αποφόρτιση συνολικά για 1,5 μήνα.Μετά,αρχίζετε σιγά,σιγά την φορτιση

Μετά τις 2 εβδομάδες θα το πατάτε σταδιακά περισσότερο, οπότε υπολογίστε κανένα μήνα επιπλέον των 2 εβδομάδων μέχρι να το πατάτε σχεδον φυσιολογικά.

Η μπότα τοποθετείται όταν είναι καιρός να περπατήσει ο ασθενής. Αν και δε μπορώ να καταλάβω τι σημαίνει "ένα μικρό κομμάτι", αν είναι ένα απλό, απαρεκτόπιστο κατάγμα έξω σφυρού και είστε υγιής ενήλικας, μετά από ένα μήνα πρέπει να το πατάτε κανονικά, με τη μπότα. Αν είναι όντως "μικρό κομμάτι" δηλαδή Weber A (κάτω από τη συνδέσμωση) τζάμπα σας ταλαιπώρησαν με πατερίτσες και Π. Αυτά τα κατάγματα αντιμετωπίζονται με μπότα και πλήρη φόρτιση από τις πρώτες μέρες (όταν υποχωρήσει ο πολύς πόνος).
