Είναι φυσιολογική η απορρόφηση Kirshner στον μήνα σε υποκεφαλικό κάταγμα βραχιονίου;
Καλησπέρα σας! σε υποκεφαλικό κάταγμα βραχιονίου υποβλήθηκε η 86 ετών ασθενής σε κλειστή ανάταξη και τοποθέτηση διαδερμικών Kirshner όμως στην τρίτη εβδομάδα έχουν απορροφηθεί!! Ο θεράπων ιατρός είπε πως δεν είναι ανησυχητικό απλά θα χρειαστεί μια τομή στον μήνα επάνω αφού προηγηθεί η ακτινογραφία ώστε να γίνει η εξαγωγή τους. Είναι όντως έτσι ή θα πρέπει να απευθυνθώ και κάπου αλλού? Με εκτίμηση

Γενικά θα πρέπει να απευθυνθείτε για το συνθετο πρόβλημα που περιγράφεται σε κάποιον εξειδικευμένο χειρουργό ώμου.

Το πρόβλημα δεν είναι οι βελόνες που εισχώρησαν στο δέρμα , μπορούν να αφαιρεθούν σχετικά εύκολα.

Κατ' αρχήν τα Kirschner δεν είναι η ενδεδειγμένη αντιμετώπιση γιατί δεν κρατάνε. Αν χρειάζεται σταθεροποίηση βάζεις βίδες με ή χωρίς πλάκα. Σε ασθενή 86 ετών όμως δε γίνεται σχεδόν ποτέ χειρουργείο για τέτοιες περιπτώσεις. Όταν λέτε "έχουν απορροφηθεί" εννοείτε βέβαια ότι θάφτηκαν κάτω από το δέρμα. Για να βγουν θα χρειαστεί όντως μία τομή, έξτρα ταλαιπωρία ή στη χειρότερη περίπτωση έξτρα αναισθησία, για κάτι που δε χρειαζόταν.
