Είναι φυσιολογικό να φοράω ορθοπεδική μπότα για 2 μήνες μετά από κάταγμα έξω σφυρού;
Εδώ κι ένα μήνα μευα απο κάταγμα έξω σφυρού, φοράω ακόμα την ορθοπεδικά μπότα. Αφού έκανα ακτινογραφία πάλι, μου είπαν ότι έχει κολλήσει το οστό. Αλλά να μείνω ακόμα 15 μέρες με μπότα και μερική φόρτιση στο 10%. Μετά τις 15 μέρες να περπατήσω κανονικά με μποτα και πατεριτσες και αφου συμπληρωθεί δίμηνο να περπατάω με μπότα χωρίς πατεριτσες. Πολύ διάστημα δεν είναι για ενα τόσο απλό ρωγμωδες σαν κλωστή κάταγμα οπως μου είπαν??το οποίο έχει μάλιστα στο μήνα κολλήσει??

Ναι, πολύ είναι. Πάρα πολύ μάλιστα. Σε ρωγμώδες (απαρεκτόπιστο) κάταγμα, σε υγιείς ανθρώπους, επιτρέπεται άμεση, πλήρης φόρτιση, με τη μπότα, η οποία φοριέται (στο περπάτημα μόνο), το πολύ για 6 εβδομάδες συνολικά. Είναι απορίας άξιο ποιος σας έδωσε τέτοιες οδηγίες.
