Πρέπει να γνωρίζουμε ,το Gleason score ,αλλά και ποσο PSA μετά την επέμβαση !Ετσι βγαίνει ένα συμπέρασμα εάν ο όγκος ήταν εξ αρχής δυνητικά επιθετικός και έχριζε επικουρικής θεραπείας Εάν όμως μηδενίστηκε (σχεδόν) μετά την επέμβαση και διπλασιάσθηκε το τελευταίο 6μηνο τοτε είμαστε Allert για συμπληρωματική θεραπεια
