Έχω γλαύκωμα ..ξεκίνησα κολλύρια 1 πρωί βράδυ 1 κάθε βράδυ..δεξί μάτι 62% διαθέσιμο αριστερό 90% η πίεση 13 ..η νόσος ελέγχεται, αναστέλλεται?

Γεια σας. Το γλαύκωμα είναι μια πάθηση που προκαλεί μη αναστρέψιμη βλάβη αλλά μπορεί να σταματήσει η εξέλιξη της με την κατάλληλη αντιμετώπιση. Συχνά η χρήση σταγόνων είναι επαρκής θεραπεία. Ωστόσο η εξέλιξη της πάθησης εξαρτάται από διάφορους παράγοντες με πιο σημαντικό φυσικά την πίεση του ματιού. Αν η πίεση παραμείνει στα επιθυμητά επίπεδα (αυτά διαφέρουν ανά περίπτωση) τότε μειώνονται σημαντικά οι πιθανότητες επιδείνωσης της πάθησης. Συνεπώς χρειάζεται μακροχρόνια και τακτική παρακολούθηση για τη σωστή αντιμετώπιση.
