.στο περπατημα λαχανιαζω και πολλες φορες σταματω. εχω μπαλονακι στην περισπωμενη και μεταλλικη βαλβιδα αορτης.εκτος των διουριτικων τι αλλο μπορει να γινει¨ειμαι 77 ετων ανδρας

Πριν εξετάσουμε τι μπορεί να γίνει, είναι απαραίτητο να εξηγήσουμε την αιτία της δύσπνοιας. Δεδομένου του καρδιολογικου ιστορικού, προτείνω σιγουρα ένα triplex καρδιας ( έλεγχος για καρδιακή ανεπάρκεια και καλής λειτουργίας της βαλβιδας) και στη συνέχεια πνευμονολογικο έλεγχο. Αναλόγως των αποτελεσμάτων θα αποφασιστεί η καλύτερη φαρμακευτική αγωγή.
