Μειώνεται η δραστικότητα της αντιβίωσης αν δοθεί με σοκολάτα;
Το παιδί μου εμφάνισε αμυγδαλίτιδα από στρεπτόκοκκο. Εξετάστηκε από παιδίατρο κ του χορηγήθηκε αντιβίωση. Επειδή δεν την παίρνει εύκολα του την δίνω μαζί με σοκολάτα υγείας, με χρονική απόσταση 5 λεπτών. Γνωρίζει κάποιος αν μειώνεται η δραστικότητα της αντιβίωσης; Ευχαριστώ.

Γεια σας, αν προκειται για πενικιλλινη, αμινοπενικιλλινη ( amoxil) ειναι καλυτερα να το παιρνει με αδειο στομαχι, ειναι μεγαλυτερη η απορροφηση του φαρμακου- εξεαρταται βεβαια η απορροφηση και απο την ποσοτητα της τροφης που παιρνει μαζι. Αν ειναι ενα πολυ μικρο κομματι σοκολατας, δεν πειραζει. Αν το φαρμακο που παιρνει ειναι μακρολιδιο ( claripen) δεν υπαρχει προβλημα οταν το παιρνει μαζι με τροφη.
