Κύστες στις ωοθήκες 12 εκατοστά καρκινικοι δείκτες αρνητικοί... Είπαν για ολική αφαιρεση μήτρας και ωοθηκών. Ηλικία 42 ετών.... Παίρνει θεραπεία χωρίς χειρουργείο;;; η περίοδος σταμάτησε πριν 2 μήνες

Εχουν και οι 2 ωοθηκες τοσο μεγαλες κυστες? Συνηθως σε μια μονο ωοθηκη εμφανιζεται τοσο μεγαλη κυστη.
Πρεπει να γινει αφαιρεση της εν λογω ωοθηκης και σαλπιγγας. Ενα εκτενεστερο χειρουργειο (αφαιρεση μητρας) δεν ειναι ουτε σωστο ουτε λαθος. Έγκειται στην επιθυμια της ασθενους. Αυτη η αποφαση μπορει να ληφθει απο την ασθενη μετα απο εκτενη συζητηση με τον γυναικολογο.
