Πόνος και τσίμπημα κάτω από το στήθος και στην πλάτη - είναι κάτι σοβαρό;

Καλησπέρα στην δεξιά μεριά 2 δάχτυλα περίπου κάτω από το στήθος νιοθω εδω και μέρες ένα σαν πονος ...η σαν τσίμπημα καπος που όταν ερχετε σε κάποια δευτερόλεπτα το νιοθω και ακριβός στην ίδια θέση από πίσω στην πλάτη υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι κάτι κακό φοβάμαι πολύ
