Πόνος στο κέντρο της πατούσας κατά το περπάτημα και τέντωμα στα 22 χωρίς άλλα προβλήματα υγείας
Καλησπέρα! Σήμερα παρατηρησα ότι με πονάει καθώς περπατάω η πατούσα , δηλαδή το κάτω μέρος του ποδιού,όχι σε όλο το μήκος της πατούσας,αλλά στο κέντρο εκεί που κάνει την κλίση..Με πονάει και όταν το τεντώνω το πόδι μου..Είμαι 22 χρονών και γενικά δεν έχω προβλήματα υγειας
