Είναι φυσιολογικό να παραμένει ο σταφυλόκοκκος στο τραύμα μετά από 2 εβδομάδες θεραπείας με Augmentin;
Καλησπέρα σας.Ο πατέρας μου έπειτα από ακρωτηριασμό κάτωθεν γόνατος λόγω αρτηριοπαθειας εμφάνισε μετά την αφαίρεση ραμμάτων σταφυλόκοκκο. Του χορηγείται augmentin επί στόματος δύο φορές την ημέρα. Είναι φυσιολογικό μετά από δύο βδομάδες περίπου να παραμένει το μικρόβιο στο τραύμα?

Θέλει μια καλή περιποίηση τραύματος + καλλιέργεια υγου τραύματος ×αντιβιωγραμμα

Απόλυτα φυσιολογικό,αν το μικρόβιο εγκαταστάθηκε στο οστικό μέρος του κολοβώματος (κνήμη) τα πράγματα δεν θα είναι ευκολα γιατι μπορει να εχει εξελιχθεί και λόγω της αγγειοπάθειας σε οστεομυελίτιδα

Ναι, είναι δυστυχώς "φυσιολογικό". Σπάνια (έως ποτέ) αντιμετωπίζεται τέτοια μόλυνση με από του στόματος αντιβίωση. Χρειάζεται χειρουργικός καθαρισμός αν και σπανίως ενδοφλέβια αντιβίωση μπορεί να βοηθήσει.
