Καλησπερα σας! Ειμαι 39 ετών, χωρίς προβλήματα υγειας, αθλούμαι τόσο με αερόβια όσο και με αναερόβια άσκηση και γενικά ειμαι σε αρκετα καλη φυσικη κατασταση! Παρόλα αυτα, υπαρχει μια ηπια προς μέτρια ανεπάρκεια μιτροειδούς βαλβίδας! Τι γινεται όσον αφορά την άσκηση με τα βαρη; Την επηρεάζουν καθολου; Εαν ναι, σε ποιά ένταση; Και τέλος, τι πρέπει να προσέχω εν γένη όσον αφορά την άσκηση (αερόβια, υψηλής εντάσης διαλειμματικη) ; Εχω συμβουλευτεί διάφορους καρδιολόγους αλλα οι απόψεις διίστανται… Ευχαριστω εκ των προτερων!

  • Αποφυγή αναερόβιας άσκησης. Καλύτερα διάδρομο η ποδήλατο. Καλύτερη όλων η κολύμβηση.
