Διάγνωση και θεραπεία επιδιδυμίτιδας με χρόνιο πόνο μετά από λεβοφλοξασίνη
Καλησπερα σας, Εδω και 3 μηνες εχω διαγνωστει με επιδιδιμιτιδα, η οποια και συνοδευτηκε απο ηπιους σπασμους στον ορχι (πιθανη προελευση απο χρονια προστατιτιδα που δεν ειχε εντοπιστει). Πηρα ενα μηνα λεβοφλοξασυνη και απο τη 3η εβδομαδα και επειτα τα triplex σταματησαν να δειχνουν προβλημα στη επιδδιμιδα , ομως ο πονος μεχρι σημερα εχει παραμεινει. (με αυξομειωσεις) . Εχω κανει καλλιεργια ουρων, προστατικου υγρου , pcr σε δειγμα σπερματος για 13 μικροβια, μαγνητικη οσχεου αλλα ολα δειχνουν φυσιολογικα. Υπαρχει καποιος που ισως εχει ασχοληθει εξειδικευμενα με τη συγκεκριμενη λοιμωξη και θα μπορουσε να με βοηθησει? Ειμαι 31 ετων.
