Σπυράκι στο κάτω μέρος του πέους που σκληραίνει: Τι μπορεί να είναι;

Καλησπέρα! Είμαι 19 ετών και πριν απο 5 χρόνια παρατήρησα οτι απο το κάτω μερός του πέους υπήρχε ένα σπυράκι, και το οποίο το είχα αφήσει πιστεύοντας οτι θα φύγει απο μόνο του αλλά δεν έφυγε. Το υγρό μέσα στο σπυράκι είναι μαλακό και όταν το πειράζω σκληραίνει σαν πέτρα. Τι μπορεί να είναι και σε τι γιατρό πρέπει να απευθυνθώ;
