Είναι φυσιολογικό για ένα κορίτσι 14 ετών με πολυκυστικές ωοθήκες να έχει έμμηνο ρύση κάθε 15 ημέρες;
Καλημέρα σας, έχω ένα κορίτσι 14 χρόνων το οποίο ήρθε η περίοδος το Σεπτέμβριο και έχει έμμηνο ρύση κάθε 15 ημέρες κάναμε ένα υπέρηχο και έχει πολλυκιστικές ωοθήκες. Είναι κάτι συνηθισμένο στην ηλικία αυτή;

Καλησπέρα σας. Η διάγνωση των πολυκυστικών ωοθηκών δεν τίθεται μόνο από τον υπέρηχο. Ειδικά στα κορίτσια πριν την ενηλικίωση τους χρειάζονται 3 κριτήρια για να πούμε ότι έχουν πολυκυστικες ωοθηκες. Αυτες οι ανωμαλιες στον κύκλο μπορουν να δικαιολογηθουν για τα πρώτα 2 χρόνια είναι ομως πολυ σημαντικό να μην οδηγήσουν σε αναιμία. Πρέπει να επισκεφτείτε έναν γυναικολόγο να σας εξηγήσει τι συμβαίνει κ τι πρέπει να κάνετε. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
