Έχω χρόνια πόνους στην κοιλιά και πάντα μου έλεγαν ότι έχω αέρια στην κοιλιά.Εχω συμπτώματα σπαστικής κολίτιδας και εναλλαγές δυσκοιλιότητας και διάρροιας.Τι θα μπορούσα να πάρω για να μην έχω πόνους?
