Αναισθησία σε μωρό 19 μηνών για 7 σφραγίσματα δοντιών - Ασφαλές;
Καλησπέρα σας έχω ένα μωράκι μηνών όπως ξανά έγραψα από λάθος παιδιάτρου. (Δεν με καθοδήγησε σωστά ) το παιδί έχει σε όλα τα δόντια τεριδονα , μου είπαν ότι ο μόνος και αφελής τρόπος να του κάνουν 7 σφραγίσματα είναι με γενική αναισθησία σε νοσοκομείο , κάτι το οποίο φοβάμαι πολύ να κάνω διότι δεν το έχω ξανά ακούσει ! Ποιο είναι η γνώμη σας για την αναισθησία σε μωρό 19 μηνών για σφραγίσματα ; Σας ευχαριστώ

Καλησπέρα. Θα ήταν καλύτερα να απευθυνθείτε σε παιδοδοντίατρο που να κάνει τα σφραγίσματα το συντομότερο δυνατόν στο παιδί σας χωρίς γενική αναισθησία .Βέβαια υπαρχουν συνάδελφοι που κανουν γενική αναισθησία σε μικρά παιδιά σε νοσοκομειακό περιβάλλον.

Kαλησπέρα σας! Τόσο μικρά παιδιά με πολλαπλές βλάβες στα δόντια δυστυχώς δε συνεργάζονται στο παιδοδοντιατρείο ώστε να γίνουν αποκαταστάσεις. Αν οι βλάβες είναι τόσο εκτεταμένες που να πονάει το παιδί και να μην μπορεί να γίνει αναβολή θεραπείας μέχρι τα 3,5-4έτη (ηλικία που είναι πιο συνεργάσιμα τα παιδιά), τότε η μόνη λύση είναι οδοντιατρική θεραπεία (αποκαταστάσεις-σφραγίσματα ή ό,τι άλλο χρειαστεί) υπό γενική αναισθησία.
