Κίνδυνοι και πιθανότητες διάβρωσης από ενθέματα κάτω από τα μάτια (infraorbital implants)
Αξιότιμε/η ιατρέ, Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω αν κάνετε την πλαστική επέμβαση στην τοποθετούνται ενθέματα κάτω από τα μάτια (infraorbital implants). Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω και τι κίνδυνοι υπάρχουν με αυτή την επέμβαση. Έχω διαβάσει ότι τα ενθέματα μπορει να προκαλέσουν διάβρωση στο κόκαλο. Αυτό πόσο πιθανό είναι και πόσο εύκολα εντοπίζεται η παραμικρή διάβρωση μέσω μιας ακτινογραφίας? Με εκτίμηση Κ.Π

Όχι δεν πραγματοποιείται τέτοια επέμβαση από την κλινική μας. Οι λόγοι είναι πολλαπλοι. Ένας από αυτούς ο παραπάνω που αναφέρατε καθώς ο κίνδυνος μόλυνση φλεγμονής με τραγικά αποτελέσματα

Τη συγκεκριμένη επέμβαση προσωπικά δεν την αναλαμβάνω. Η διάβρωση του οστού συμβαίνει με τα χρόνια. Μπορεί να ελεγχθεί με αξονική τομογραφία.
