Είναι μειωμένος ο κίνδυνος εξέλιξης μεταπλασίας χωρίς ελικοβακτηρίδιο;
Ήθελα να ρωτήσω αν δεν υπάρχει ελικοβακτηρίδιο και υπάρχει μεταπλασία ο κίνδυνος για εξέλιξη είναι μειωμένος; Σε γενικές γραμμές πάντα γνωρίζω ότι δεν είναι όλες οι περιπτώσεις ίδιες ευχαριστώ

Η εκρίζωση του ελικοβακτηριδιου δεν μειώνει ιδιαίτερα τον κίνδυνο της μετάπλασιας.
Η απουσία ελικοβακτηριδιου δεν οδηγεί στην ακολουθία γαστρίτιδα-ατροφία-μετάπλασια οπότε και ο κίνδυνος για μεταπλασια είναι μειωμένος.

Θα πρέπει να ρωτήσετε τον γαστρεντερολόγο σας που γνωρίζει ΠΟΥ' βρέθηκε η μετάπλαση στο στομάχι σας και ποία η "βαθμολογία" που έλαβε από τον παθολογοανατόμο (τον γιατρό των βιοψιών) για να σας πει για πιθανότητες κακοήθειας και άλλες λεπτομέρειες.
Καλέστε τον γιατρό σας που έχει ΟΛΑ τα δεδομένα.
Πιθανότατα να έχετε μόνον χαμηλό ρίσκο και να έχετε αγχωθεί άνευ ιδιαίτερης αιτίας.
