Αντιμετώπιση σιδηροπενικής αναιμίας λόγω αντιαιμοπεταλιακών και γαστροπάθειας;
Παίρνω αντιαιμοπεταλιακα φάρμακα λόγω εμφράγματος με αποτέλεσμα να πάθω γαστροπαθεια και βολβιτιδα, να χάνω αίμα και να έχω σιδηροπενικη αναιμία, με δύσπνοια, καούρες, πόνο στο στομάχι, κούραση, αδυναμία πλήρη και ατονία. Η γαστροπροστασια δεν μειώνει το πρόβλημα ούτε η λήψη σιδήρου. Τι κάνω;

Αν έχεις βάλει Stent μιλάς με τον γιατρό που το έβαλε τι τύπο έβαλε και αν μπορεί αναλογα με το πότε το έβαλες να σου κρατήσει το ένα από τα δύο αντιαιμοπεταλιακα που πιθανόν παίρνεις και να σταματήσει το δεύτερο

Εξαρτάται τι είδους είναι το φάρμακο. Εάν είναι salospir θα πρέπει να μιλήσετε με τον καρδιολόγο σας για τη δυνατότητα αλλαγής με κάποιο άλλο. Τα υπόλοιπα αντιαιμοπεταλιακά δεν προκαλούν άμεση βλάβη στο στομάχι. (Τις σχετικές οδηγίες θα σας δώσει ο καρδιολόγος σας που γνωρίζει και το πλήρες ιστορικό σας.)
Επίσης θα πρέπει σε κάθε περίπτωση να αποφύγετε οποιαδήποτε λήψη αντιφλεγμονωδών παυσίπονων (κάθε παυσίπονο που γράφει στις οδηγίες του ότι ανήκει στα ΜΣΑΦ).
