Καλημέρα σας! Το τελευταίο διάστημα πάνω από 6 μήνες κάνω όλη μέρα εκκενώσεις. Το πρωί κανονικά και μετά όλη μέρα από λίγα! Τι θα με συμβουλεύατε;
